Benzodiazepines from Urine and Plasma by LC/MS/MS (TN-0054)

Abstract:

Eight benzodiazepines are extracted from both urine and plasma using an automated SPE procedure. The method proves to be reproducibile and produces excellent recoveries for the target analytes from both sample matrices. Coupled with a rapid (<3 minute) LC/MS/MS method, this workflow provides the opportunity to substantially increase sample throughput and simultaneously decrease costs per each analysis.
